I took Howie to Centennial park and went for a jog. At times he looked back at me as if to tell me hurry up...lol. So I did some sprints along with a regular walk/jog. So I spent about an hour and a half putting up insulation in the crawlspace... My glasses kept fogging up because of the mask and goggles, my knees were battered due to slipping knee pads, the knee pads acted like tourniquets at times...
